Shipping & Returns


All our  products are in NZD, we are a 100% New Zealand owned & run company.

We are happy to offer you the payment options of either

  • Paypal
  • Direct deposit into our New Zealand bank account
  • Credit card payment through our secure online payment system (Stripe).

If you prefer to pay directly, give us a call, as there is also the option of paying via your credit or debit plus card over the phone.


We ship with Go Sweet Spot, all parcels are tracked.  North Island delivery time is usually 1-2 working days and can be delivered to rural addresses along with residential and business addresses. Please allow up to 2 days extra for rural deliveries.

South Island delivery time is usually 2-3 working days and allow up to 2 extra days for Rural Addresses.

Kesho Kits is not responsible for the loss of any packages once they have been given to NZ Post. However in the unlikely event that a package is lost we will launch an investigation with Go Sweet Spot and help with the process as much as possible.

Please make sure that you provide us with an address that is complete so delivery can be smooth and quick.
When an order is placed, we aim to send the products out within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment, usually the same or next day, however if there is any unexpected delay we will contact you immediately.

Overseas Shipping


We offer two options for international shipping: standard & tracked.

Delivery time for these parcels is usually approximately 1-2 weeks.

Please note that Kesho Kits is not responsible for the possible loss of any packages if shipped non-tracked.

We are not aware of any restrictions, but please note, all international packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

ALL Other countries

We are happy to ship to any country, when you check out you will be charged a flat rate of $15.00.
Once the shipping is calculated we will send you an updated invoice to pay, if it’s much over the $15.00.

This will need to be paid before we send your item.


We work hard to provide you with the highest quality products, if you receive a shipment from us in which the goods are damaged or you believe that the incorrect product or quantity has been sent, then please contact us immediately. Please do not send back any products without first contacting us. Please keep all packaging and shipping materials or a claim cannot be lodged on your behalf through NZ Post. While it can take several weeks for a claim to be processed, we will likely be able to send a replacement in the meantime.

If you are unsure about an item or have ordered incorrectly, we will be happy to exchange unused products in still-new condition for another product of your choice, with the return shipping being your expense.
