We ship with NZ Post, all parcels are tracked.  South Island delivery time is usually 1-2 working days and can be delivered to rural addresses along with residential and business addresses. Please allow up to 2 days extra for rural deliveries.

North Island delivery time is usually 2-3 working days and allow up to 2 extra days for RD.

Kesho Kits is not responsible for the loss of any packages once they have been given to NZ Post. However in the unlikely event that a package is lost we will launch an investigation with NZ Post and help with the process as much as possible.

Please make sure that you provide us with an address that is complete so delivery can be smooth and quick.
When an order is placed, we aim to send the products out within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment, usually the same or next day, however if there is any unexpected delay we will contact you immediately.
